Trust in God

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.  Proverbs 3:5

Are you troubled by worry?

The cure to worry is faith, the sincere belief that God will help you obtain your heart’s desire.

Trust in God with all your heart, and you will be able to keep on working in health and happiness for years to come.

Share your troubles with Jesus.

As some of you may already know, one of my favourite hymns is:-

Trust and obey
For there’s no other way
To be happy with Jesus
But to Trust and Obey

This was one of the hymns chosen by my wife, Marlene, on the very first occasion that I heard her preach – at Bethel Methodist Church in Beaufort, Gwent.

When we say the Lord’s Prayer we are always confirming to our Father God that ‘Thy will be done’.

For whatever challenges we may be facing in our earthly life, God always knows best, and when we pray to Him He will always answer our prayers in whichever way is for our highest benefit – even though, at times, we are unable to understand why our prayers have not been answered in the way that we expect!

God Bless you all

Yours, in Christ

  1. “He will always answer our prayers in whichever way is for our highest benefit” … immediately brought to mind Jeremiah 29:11 Thank you for sharing. Blessings, Jenny
